2007-03-25 - Scheduled tracking trial (fast viltspårsprov) in the West
Two of the RV's were out to show of their working abilites and Ch RV Jamila and RV Maddox both were awarded 1st prize. Jamila is already a tracking champion and Maddox has the working merits required but due to a change in rules needed an additional 1st prize to finalize his title. Well, Maddox did what he most often does - brought home the goods! :) Big congrats Tina and Maddox on the official tracking title!!!

2007-03-24 - More excellent news from the rellies in Finland
Good news again - today at Tampere International Show under breed judge Mrs. Annika Utveit-Moe (S) with breed entry of 40 RRs, Vuma (Bawabu Vuma Wamugunda) - daughter of our Mufudzi Mocha Magic - won the Intermediate Bitch Class with EXC1 taking also Best Bitch with her 3rd CC and 2nd CACIB placing also BOS. Her sister Vila (BaltJW-06 Bawabu Vamoya Wamweru) placed in Open Bitches with EXC3. Very well done to both girls and big congrats to proud owners as well as breeder Satu Laakso at kennel Bawabu >>

2007-03-18 - Mea continues her winning way in Norway...
Mea attended her second show this weekend and once again won the junior class, this time from 7 entries. Today she was also awarded champion quality and placed as best bitch-3, only one dog from the CC. Very well done by this young girl, who just recently turned one year old!

We were also very happy to see Bailey's stunning daughters Zina and Cevita from Amatonga kennels, do really well at their debut in junior class. They places 2nd and 3rd in the class, after Mea, and both were awarded champion quality!! So, three Bailey-daughters in the top three in junior class..! :)

2007-03-17 - And our great day continues... Lovely news from Finland!

Today at Kokemäki Show under breed judge Mr. Pekka Teini (FIN) the Bawabu gang had the following excellent results; Hero daughter Una (Bawabu Ubwa Uzuri) had her first outing after turning two years of age and she made the most of it by winning Best Bitch & BOB with decisive CC making her a new Finnish Conformation Champion! This is Hero's first champion progeny - big congratulations to breeder Satu and many thanks for showing this lovely girl to her title!

Magic daughter Mona (FIN JW-06 Bawabu Vumika Wajihi) placed nicely Best Bitch-2 with res-CC. Both the gals also took part in Bawabu Breeder´s Group wish was first BOB and then at finals took Best in Show. Our Finnish export RV N'Danga "Ruben " was also entered and he won Junior Class with EXC1 placing nicely Best Dog-3 with res-CC. :-). What a day!!

2007-03-17 - Malmö International all breed show, judge Petra Stracke, Germany, breed entry 80+
Four RV's entered the show and we certainly got more than we had dared to hope for..! Sandrah and Fredrik Sollenby's handsome boy RV Katano has been "retired" from the show ring and now was mainly brought along for the ride, as "little brother" was going. Well, good thing he went as Katano this time struck gold winning BOB from a big entry with loads of nice dogs offering stiff competition! Katano thus won his first CC and CACIB. The biggest of congrats to his proud owners!!

In the bitch class, we also got a nice placement. Ch RV Jamila was the only RV-girl present and ended up nicely as best bitch -3. Well done Emma!

2007-03-17 - Mea best junior in Oslo, Norway
Our promising young girl RV Mea Adorea won a class of six at a champ show in Oslo, being awarded honour's prize. She was also the only bitch, besides the champions, to receive excellent and if she has been awarded champion quality then she would also have won the CC... Getting close now, GT!! :)

2007-03-17 - Bailey-kids round it off in the puppy class
Three of Bailey's successful kids from Amatonga kennels had their last outing in puppy class today. Cevita won BOB puppy with sister Zina placing 2nd and brother Bailey Jr going BOS. Well done all! Tomorrow will be their first outing in junior and thus the official class. Fingers crossed!

Manu & Lexi - RV Manu and RV Limited Edition

2007-04-03 - Excellent news from our Russian boy!
I received a truly thrilling e-mail from Gennadiy Kotov at kennel Fortis Lar, the owner of our Russian export Majy (RV Moscow Majesty). Yesterday and today Majy has been awarded 3 jCAC-MD in Junior Derby (international shows + national show) in Chisinau, Moldova at the "CUP OF MOLDOVA - 2007". By the rules of Moldavian Kennel Union a dog who has obtained 3 junior CAC-MD in 3 Junior Derby shows is eligible for the title of national junior champion and national champion. Thus Majy is now a Junior Champion of Moldova and as Majy meets the age requirements of 15 months, he will automatically become a Champion of Moldova!

Our handsome boy has now completed Russian Junior Champion, Junior Champion of Moldova and Lithuanian Junior Champion!!! And all this at the tender age of 11 months. Majy makes the first Champion progeny for mum Helinn and daddy Bailey. Big congrats to Majy and his crew!!
